Returns & Refunds

Our store takes pride in offering a fair and transparent return policy that protects both our customers and our business. We understand that purchasing items online requires trust, and we work diligently to maintain that trust through clear communication and responsive customer service. This policy outlines all aspects of our return, refund, and exchange procedures to ensure complete understanding.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Products that show any signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted for return. To begin the return process, customers must complete our online return form and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

The return shipping process requires customers to use our provided shipping label or ship the items using a trackable method of their choice. We highly recommend insuring return packages as we cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at our returns facility, items undergo thorough inspection by our quality control team. This inspection verifies that all return conditions have been met and determines the appropriate refund amount.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after completion of the inspection process. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges, we require that the return be completed and inspected before shipping the replacement item. We make every effort to process exchanges quickly, typically within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.
